We hope you'll love everything you buy from us, we'll cry into our tea if you don't, but you can return item/s for a refund or exchange. Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your order provided the item/s is/are still in original and unused condition to apply for a refund or exchange.
Remember, you must get any items back to us safely and with your order number included, so please use a registered service and, if you can, ask for a receipt or proof of postage in case anything goes awry. After we receive the item/s we refund you within 48 hours using the same method you used to pay. Delivery costs are only refunded in the rare cases of incorrect, faulty or damaged items being received.
In the case of exchanges, if the cost is different to your original purchase, we will either refund or charge you the difference.
Please note: products damaged during deliver will be refunded or replaced at our discretion and judgement. If your order does arrive damaged please contact the Web Mastress email@example.com as soon as possible with the following information:
- Details of the order (what you bought)
- A description of the damage with attached photos if possible
- Your preferred resolution, i.e. refund or replacement
