Delivery Information FAQ

How are my item/s posted?
We post your item/s using Royal Mail first class post wherever possible. In some circumstances we use MyHermes as an alternative courier.  Most items of Parcel size will offer you a choice between these at the checkout.
We may also split orders and send them in two parcels depending on size and content.

How soon will I receive my item/s?
We aim to ship your item/s within 7 working days and will contact you in the event of any delay. That said, provided Geof isn't swamped with other things, most order will be shipped sooner than that. If you need your order sooner please do drop Geof an email at
Over bank holidays shipping times may be a little longer, however we will try our best to make you aware of the last shipping dates over the Christmas and New Year period.
Some products are labelled as "Pre-order". If you have ordered a Pre-order product then shipping times will be specified in the product description.

Where do we ship?
Everywhere, we have customers in America and across Europe, shipping charges will vary but there is currently nowhere Doctor Geof can’t deliver his wares.

Do you do priority shipping?
Yes. We offer a range of specialist shipping options including Signed-For and Special Delivery. Also if you really do need your order in a hurry please do drop Geof an email at

How will my items arrive? 
We package all items carefully, small items like patches can be shipped in envelopes, which larger and fragile items are cosily wrapped in bubble wrap, so you get some extra fun on top of your new things.
All art prints are either sent in cardboard tubes or card mailers, both of which can be reused or recycled.
